The TOTOLINK G03 is a compact 1GE XPON HGU ONU that works on both GPON and EPON networks. It detects the OLT automatically and switches to the right PON mode, so the same unit can be deployed on either type of fiber line. It suits FTTH (home), FTTO (office) and FTTD (desk) broadband, as well as video surveillance links.
GPON and EPON in one unit
The G03 complies with ITU-T G.984.x (GPON) and IEEE 802.3ah (EPON) and works with popular GPON and EPON OLTs. On GPON it delivers 2.5Gbps downstream and 1.25Gbps upstream; on EPON it runs a symmetric 1.25Gbps. The SC/PC optical port supports links of up to 20 km.
Gigabit wired connection
One auto-adaptive 10/100/1000Mbps RJ45 port connects a router, PC, NVR or switch at full gigabit speed.
Flexible, manageable and secure
The G03 can run in bridge or route mode, with NAT and a built-in firewall. It supports 802.1Q VLAN, QoS, IGMP snooping, loop detection, port rate limiting and storm suppression. It can be managed through the web interface, Telnet, CLI and OMCI/OAM, and its firmware can be upgraded remotely.
Small and efficient
The G03 measures 86 x 85 x 25 mm, weighs about 100 g, draws 4W or less, and runs from a 12V 0.5A adapter. It operates from -5°C to +55°C.
